V-Tech Mart Warranty Policy (Business 2 Business)
LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY: All V-Tech Mart products (each, a “Product”) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials under normal use for a period of two year from the date of the original purchase date (“Warranty Period”).
EXTENT OF WARRANTY.
COVERED PARTIES: This limited warranty is provided to the original end purchaser of the Product purchased from V-Tech Solution or an authorized V-Tech Mart re-seller. This limited warranty is non-transferable. No returns will be accepted from anyone other than the original end purchaser.
PROOF OF PURCHASE: Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims and returns. Product cannot be returned without proof of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS:
This limited warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear of the Product;
- unauthorized or unreasonable use, abuse, misuse and/or any use of the Product for other than its intended purpose; or
- Improper installation, modifications or unauthorized repair of the Product.
REMEDIES: Any Product that does not confirm to the terms of this limited warranty will be repaired or replaced by V-Tech Mart (at its sole discretion) as the original end purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. V-Tech Mart is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is V-Tech Mart responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Product. ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, COVER DAMAGE TO OR THE REPLACEMENT COST OF ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE OR PERSONAL PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE PRODUCT. V-TECH MART ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE ORIGINAL END PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES AND/OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, V-TECH MART MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF SUCH DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH HEREIN. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, SO SUCH LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
