Returns & exchange

RETURNS & CLAIMS: V-Tech Mart will accept returns within 60 calendar days of the product being delivered, and only from the original end purchaser.  Returns must be postmarked as shipped back to V-Tech Mart within 60 calendar days of the product being delivered.  Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. Prior to shipping any Product for a return or a claim under the limited warranty, the original end purchaser must call V-Tech Mart at 1813-467-9919 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which will be issued over the phone. No returns or warranty claims will be accepted without a valid RA# printed on the outside on the package and a copy of the original receipt included inside the package. Credits for returns will be issued in the form of a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds are for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All Product returns and claims must be shipped prepaid. V-Tech Mart is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit If V-Tech Mart determines a Product does not contain a warranted defect it will be returned at the customer’s expense. If V-Tech Mart determines there is a warranted defect, it will remedy the defect as set forth in the limited warranty and return the Product or a replacement product at V-Tech Mart expense.

 

Restock fees will apply in the following scenarios:

20% restocking fee will be applied in any of the following conditions: 

  • Item is in new and unused condition. However, the item has not been properly repackaged and requires repackaging by V-Tech Mart.

25% restocking fee will be applied in the following conditions:

  • Item is in new and unused condition. However, the original packaging has been damaged and required new packaging to be used to repackage the item.  In order to help prevent damage to the original packaging, please ensure proper packing materials are used when shipping product back to V-Tech Mart.

50% restocking fee will be applied in the following conditions:

  • Item is in new and unused condition.  However, the item has been damaged in transit.  In order to help prevent damage to the item in transit please ensure proper packing materials are used when shipping product back to V-Tech Mart.

Should any returned product not contain all items that originally were a part of that item then the value of the missing portion will be deducted from the refund amount and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, please contact V-Tech Mart customer service immediately at 844-599-7007 to file a claim.

ORDERS: Please allow 24-72 hours to process all orders from time of receipt.

BACK ORDERS: We try to avoid backorder situations, but if it occurs, we will take your order and call you as soon as the product becomes available.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENT METHOD: Orders under 13 ounces (370 grams Approx*) will be shipped for free via USPS First Class Mail. Orders over 13 ounces will be shipped for free via USPS Priority Mail. Two Day, and Next Day services are also available at an additional cost, and only when approved by V-Tech Mart. If your address is a Military address or other address which requires your order to be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, a handling charge in addition to the normal shipping charges will apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT: All International orders are shipped via FedEx. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location when you place your order online. You will be able to view the cost before you submit your final order. Please note that V-Tech Mart is obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments. The shipping cost quoted does not include any applicable import duties or taxes your country’s customs department may charge you. Please research what these fees may be as Fedex will request these fees from you as a broker between your custom’s department and yourself.

CANCELLATIONS: Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled and is payable in advance. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. V-Tech Mart cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
